Welcome to Lingfield Park Racecourse. Whether this is your first visit or you are one of our regular racegoers, we are delighted to have you with us for what has become one of the most special and meaningful fixtures in our summer racing calendar

Today, we come together not only to enjoy an exciting afternoon of racing, but also to honour and celebrate the men and women of our Armed Forces. Your presence here today is far more than attendance; it is a tribute to those who currently serve, those who have served, and the families and loved ones who support them every day.

To our service personnel, past and present, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your courage, dedication, and unwavering commitment help safeguard the freedoms we so often take for granted. To your families, whose resilience and support make that service possible, we offer our sincere thanks.

Today’s Royal British Legion Day is one of recognition, respect, and remembrance, as we proudly celebrate our 20th year supporting RBL at Lingfield It is an opportunity to acknowledge the sacrifices made, often quietly and without recognition; the duties carried out with professionalism and pride; and the values of service, loyalty, and commitment that continue to define our Armed Forces.

Alongside these important reflections, we hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy all that a day at Lingfield Park has to offer. Admission

Although everyone is welcome at Lingﬁeld Park, we do reserve the right, in extreme circumstances, either to refuse admission or to eject any person from the racecourse Lingﬁeld Park will not tolerate the use of illegal substances.

Badges & Transfers Policy

If badges or tickets are lost they will unfortunately not be replaced. Lingﬁeld Park operates a NO RE-ADMITTANCE policy within the racecourse We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cash Machines

There are no cash machines on site. All catering and bars accept debit or credit card payments only The tote, along with bookmakers do accept cash payment and some may also accept debit card payments (no credit cards)

Disabled Visitors

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed on site during a race day, unless they are an ofﬁcial guide dog.

Horse & Jockey Welfare at Lingﬁeld Park

Nothing matters more to us when racing than the safety and welfare of both horse and rider. Central to that is the track itself and our groundstaff do everything in their power to provide an optimum racing surface On duty today we also have a dedicated and experienced team of highly-qualiﬁed Vets, Doctors and Paramedics following the action at every stage. Their key responsibility is to monitor and provide care to the competitors throughout their time at the racecourse The locations and vehicle movements of these skilled specialists during racing are designed to

provide a rapid response to any incident across the site We also have a high-speciﬁcation horse ambulance in attendance at every ﬁxture to enable safe transport of a horse from the track to our on-site veterinary treatment facility for further treatment, or to the nearest equine referral hospital

It is our standard practice to erect screens around any horse or jockey requiring attention on the course as this provides privacy and a safe, calm environment in which to accurately diagnose and treat the patient as necessary. Please do not assume the worst if screens are erected around a horse. We are fully committed to minimizing risk in our sport, to dealing professionally and efficiently with any injury, and to maintaining the highest possible quality of care for the horses and jockeys racing here today. Racegoers may take photographs for private use from within the enclosures. Flash photography is not permitted at any time Press and commercial photographers may pre-arrange the necessary permission with the Racing Ofﬁce at least 7 days before the race meeting. Press and ofﬁcial Photographer’s attention is drawn to the current BHA Instructions Under no circumstance is any type of video recording allowed on course

Safety

In the interests of public safety all visitors to the racecourse must follow the direction of the Safety Stewards on the Stands and the Raceday Staff throughout the racecourse Please do not leave bags or your possessions unattended at any time as this could cause a security alert. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL GLASSES BE ALLOWED ONTO THE GRANDSTANDS, VIEWING AREAS IN FRONT OF GRANDSTANDS OR AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE PARADE RING. RACEGOERS DISREGARDING THE REGULATION OR BEHAVING IN A DISORDERLY MANNER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE RACECOURSE
