Director of Sales and Marketing, DRB Homes

Before joining Cannonball Moments, Ardavon served as Director of Sales and Marketing at DRB Homes in Orlando, Florida Reporting to the Division President and the National VP of Sales and Marketing, he managed due diligence processes such as environmental reviews, traffic analysis, and utility coordination He also built relationships with local organizations and vendors, hosted networking events, and negotiated favorable terms with landowners and agencies.

He oversaw site development and worked closely with contractors to ensure compliance with local regulations Under his leadership, the team successfully opened nine communities He also implemented new marketing strategies and expanded the company’s brand presence across Florida.

Director of Sales, Dream Finders Homes

He began his professional journey with Dream Finders Homes in 2020 as a Sales Consultant and quickly advanced to Area Manager, later becoming Director of Sales In this leadership role, he guided more than 20 sales professionals and multiple Area Managers in Orlando, while also leading the rollout of the Tampa Division
