BROWNS ISLAND RIVERSCAPE PARK Browns Island Riverscape Park is where residents of nearby cities, Weirton, Toronto, and Steubenville can experience the Ohio River in many ways. The program provides community event spaces at numerous scales, small group spaces, and individual spaces. With various scales of program and flexibility in public or private spaces, residents can experience the river in any way they desire. At the heart of the island is a 40MW solar field, a great next step in making up for the island’s messy history.
