CABIN HOUSE
Arch. Design Studio prof. Luca Trabattoni 2019-2020
Design of a small scale leisure and living unit. The size of the house enables it to be built without any permit. Originally conceived as a cluster development, form allows to raise single unit as a whole. Living room linked with kitchen annex creates welcoming atmosphere. While private parts of the cabin are located deep inside and above. Thought out to house groups from three to five people, providing suitable conditions in spring and summer. Energy for the cabin can be supplied with clean energy sources, such as photovoltaic panels and water heating system, both located on the roof.
TERRACED HOUSE Arch. Design Studio prof. Iwona Wilczek 2020-2021
Small terraced house thought out for a midsize family of four. Designed in a way to accumulate as much sunlight as possible. Heat pump technology provides conditioning and heating system. First section of the lower floor plan is an utility area (left) and an office (right). Then we enter social space which stuns us with vast volume living room lit by large-size windows. Through this room we access creative space visually connected to the private garden. Upper floor serves as private space reserved for the inhabitants.

HOUSING ESTATE of
single-family houses Urban Design Studio prof. Iwona Wilczek 2020-2021
Mixed typology, housing estate for young adults based in Opole, Poland. Housing estate equipped with kindergarten and large park working as buffer zone from a high congestion road. Park has been embedded in a way to create safe and pedestrian friendly environment. Throughout the whole residential area we can walk freely between private properties to avoid vehicular traffic. Mentioned traffic has been minimized by introducing low-speed roads and prioritizing pedestrians and bikers. Maximum optimization of the available land was achieved through sensible land division. thus creating houses for 115 families, with public and social space.
EXTENSION OF FACULTY OF ARCHITECTURE ARTUKLU UNIVERSITY
Arch. Design Studio prof. Leman Figen Gul 2021-2022
Project is set Mardin, land of Mesopotamian ancient kingdom, rich in limestone, where agrarian revolution took place, and social structures as we know them were born. Old city of Mardin was founded around a castle located on top of the mountain, thus creating cityscape not accessible for disabled and elderly. project creates workplace for various artists from Mardin, to teach students new forms of artistic expression, and to improve their spacial imagination. Building includes various Workshops and sculpture studios, new classes and offices, most importantly is fully accessible for the disabled, rooftop is a leisure space, with great overview of the cityscape.
Floors are connected via staircase and an elevator, both located in central area of the main building. The form is a result of spatial division concept tied together by vast void located above foyer. Visually connecting rooms and galleries between different levels, thus allowing for a discrete supervision of the classes. Third floor is connected to the basement of the small art gallery, located behind the main building.
