01. Zona Paludi
Zona Paludi, marsh district is a group urban design proposal located within the San Giovanni district in Naples. This proposal focuses on reconnecting the site to the waterfront to locals and re-establishing a meaningful relationship between the district and its coastline. A network of active and engaging spaces are created with activities and venues that aim to encourage the growth of exercise, culture and art, in addition to the development of educational faclities and learning spaces that reflect recent iniatives and developments in the area. The restoration of ecological systems damaged by decades of neglect is a key element to the proposal, with the introduction of both saltwater and freshwater marshlands that cleanse, regenerate, and bring a rich bio-diversity to the sitetransforming the area into a Marshland District.
02. IN FONFO AL MAR
Thesis Project
The thesis project explores the decline of marine species within the Mediterranean. Located in Naples, Italy. The former industrial water plant will be redesigned into a marine research and education centre designed to explore the relationship between architecture, conservation and public engagement. The scheme is structured along a research and breeding system for marine species through multiple early-life stages before being reintroduced into the natural habitat. The spatial organisation of the project was determined by the existing footprint and maximising reuse on site, with the old water filtration tanks becoming the new outdoor breeding aquariums for marine life, and the reusable concrete frames being used for placement of the thesis project.
02. Advisory Basement Center
Live Project
This live project was developed with The Basement Foundation, a charity supporting people moving from unemployment into work. The brief was set out to us to design multi-functional hub that builds confidence, develops skills and supports individuals facing different difficulties such as health or criminal justice chargers. Our proposal included spaces for interview practice, employability support, workshops and individual activities, along with flexible areas that can be adapted for different use. We also introduces different revenue generating elements such as a rent-able podcast room and modular spaces, while maintain the charities focuses on dignity through facilities like personal hygiene areas.

Urban Design Project
Exploring the effect of the urban design environment within the life of working adults, and young families, and how Urban Design can clear their minds and bring communities together. Designing the urban spaces in a way where interaction is key, and will bring communities together. Also designing for the aspect of allowing public areas for interaction, but also allowing the living environment of people to have urban areas and enjoy time with the community at their door step therefore this presents Sandhills square.
