This booklet contains creative hands-on activities and quizzes about Omani traditional aflaj (water irrigation system), which formed part of a children workshop held at the National Museum of Oman's Learning Centre in 2019. The purpose of the workshop was to raise awareness amongst 12-17 years old schoolchildren of the richness of Oman’s history and cultural heritage as well as develop, broaden and reshape knowledge of the subject, thus indirectly contributing to curriculum enhancement.
