Vertigo Vortex

Ansel Tan Ray An

At the core of the Vertigo Vortex lies a daring concept: To create a structure that engages with its users through unconventional spatial qualities. From its “twisted” facade that plays with light and shadow, to the journey throughout the tower, every corner is where the unexpected becomes the expectation. Drawing inspirations from the movie, Chunking Express, which has many confusing and tense scenes, the emotions gathered would be the fuel used for the basis of my project as at every step of the way. From the entrance to the individual units, it is just like a complex maze, circling around the tower.
