SYDNEY: All the land formerly administered by Catholic missionaries in the Northern Territory was now administered by Aborigines, Bishop John O'Loughlin of Darwin said during the Australian Bishops Conference. In fact, Aborigines had agreed to hand some land back to the missionaries so they would lease the land they lived on.
