PRESIDENT CALLS FOR GREATER NUMBERS AND

INTEREST "THE POTENTIAL OF THE CATHOLIC WOMEN'S LEAGUE IN THIS GROWING STATE IS ENORMOUS," SAID MRS. R. JOLLEY,STATE PRESIDENT OF THE LEAGUE RECENTLY. If a prospective member appeared there, she said that she would be made most welcome, or prior enquiries could be made to herself at 3 Wrexham St., Bicton, or to the State Secretary, Mrs. Pollett, at 144 Grosvenor Rd., Mt. Lawley.

Mrs. Jolley was commenting on the need for more Catholic women of all walks of life and activities to join the Catholic Women's League. In it, she said, they could quite easily find common ground to work with the other members of the League in the spread of the many fields of activity that are at present undertaken by the Catholic Women's numbers League. These would also be needed for the united action of Catholic women, which will be so essential if they are to play their part in the future growth of the State, she said.
