For Street Appeal Collectors are needed to help with the street appeal in aid of St. Francis Xavier's native mission at Wandering, which will be held on Friday, August 9. The Rev. M. McKeon, diocesan director of Pontifical Mission Aid, said during the week that the success of the appeal would depend directly on the number of people who would volunteer as collectors. He hoped that, in view of the of the worthiness cause, quite a number would sacrifice their time to help on the streets.
