Hong Kong, Jan. 83.-The priest who has served as administrator of the Diocese of Wuchow since the Chinese communists expelled Bishop Frederick A. Donaghy, M.311., of Wuchow last June was arrested on January 11, it has been learned here. He is Father Benjamin Tsai, Vicar General of the Wuchow diocese. Father Tsoi's place of detention is unknown, and some Catholics fear he has been executed. Of the seven Chinese priests of the Wuchow diocese,
