On Christmas Eve the text was also broadcast in the following languages: French, Slovak, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch, Russian, Slovenian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Spanish and Czech. On Christmas Day, broadcasts in the following languages were scheduled: Albanian, Byelo-Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Latvian, Esthonian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Rumanian and Aramaic.
