Archbishop Administers Confirmation

Engagement Rings Blessed at To 50 Persons at Busselton and Capel End of Pre -Cana Conference

1 His Grace the Archbishop, accompanied by the Rev. J. Hogan, made Canonical visitation of the Busselton parish on March 11.

Following the induction of Dean Wallace before a large congregation in St. Patrick's church, Bunbury, the Archbishop motored to Busselton, where he administered the Sacrament of Confirmation to 30 persons in St. Joseph's church, On the 12th., the Archbishcip again confirmed at Capel, where 20 candidates received the Sacrament. On both occasions, His Grace was assisted by the Rev. J. Hogan and the Rev. P. Farrelly, parish priest. The Archbishop also visited the centres of Quin-

dalup and Yoongarilup.

Mission in Polish Is Preached at W. Perth

A mission for New Australians commenced in St. Brigid's church, West Perth, on March 10. The mission is being preached by the Rev. W. Dzieciol in the Polish language, with instructions at morning Mass and eevning Devotions. The latter have been well attended. Confessions are heard by Father Dzieciol and Father Binkowski. The mission will conclude on Saturday, March 17.
