ate course at Oxford, has been selected by the National Union of Australian University Students to attend the World Student Congress, to be held at Prague in August, 1950. The International Union of Students convenes this congress every three years. A memorandum from Australian students containing criticisms of I.U.S. will be presented to the 1950 Congress. It is understood that the Australian Union of University Students intends to try to
