Spectacular Catholic Ball The Embassy Ballroom presented a brilliant spectacle on Monday night last, when the Annual Catholic Ball took place, attended by over 1,000
people.
No fewer than 70 debutantes were presented to His Grace the Archbishop, by the president of
the N.C.G.M. (Miss Peggy O'Neill). The young ladies, in a variety of lovely gowns, presented an unforgettable picture as they swung into the graceful movements of a spectacular figure waltz.
