Vatican Aided Russia VATICAN CITY, Sept. 28.-(Radio, NC).-The fact that the Holy See had sent a relief mission to Russia at the very time when the Communist revolutionary programme was being applied there more radically and drastically than ever, was cited by "Osservatore Romano" in rebuking charges that the Church aims at the destruction of the Soviet Union. Such a charge was made by Ambrigio Donini, former Italian ambassador to Poland, who was dismissed from his post for disciplinary reasons several months ago.
