The Winchester Automatic Rifle This is a self-loading, hammerless, takedown rifle, using smokeless powder cartridges. The recoil of the exploded shell ejects the empty cartridge, re -cocks the rifle, and brings a fresh cartridge into position. The magazine carries five cartridges, but by inserting a cartridge into the chamber before placing the loaded magazine into the rifle, the shooter can have six shots at his disposal. It has round barrell, 22in long, fitted with sporting front and rear sights. Length of rifle over all, 40in. Weight about 7ilbs. We have full stocks of WINCHESTER GOODS and AMMUNITION.
