Liwara school, Greenwood, celebrated Catholk Schools week recently and one day was given over to visiting people as a sign of their Christian service. Fifty parents took groups of six children to such places as the Blind Institute, Spastic Centre, Homes for the Aged, Catherine McAuley Centre, and elderly people in their own homes. Some even took a turn at cleaning up litter from the streets. Sue Mary CLARKE (centre above) got some special attention from Rebecca ANDERSON (left) and Helen SEEBER (right). They are pictured helping Sue perform her exercises on a frame that teach her to walk and for w hich she must be assisted most of each day. The two girls summed up their experience with Sue: "It is sad to meet a person who has to do so much exercise simply to stay alive, but the visit taught us that you can have a lot of suffering but be happy if it is accepted.
