LAST SUNDAY, Bishop M. McKeon said that the Federal Government was making "token grants towards the education of some of our 9,000 children attending secondary schools" and that "this did not blind us to the grim reality of some 24,000 children attending our primary schools." "These children receive nothing," said His Lordship.
