Scheduled to take place at Perry Lakes Stadium on Sunday, O ctober 31, the orga, nisation of the festival and procession will be similar to last year. Parishes are invited to attend "en masse" and the whole concourse of the Stadium will be sectioned so that each parish block will be clearly defined. There will be ample seating for everybody.
