JOURNALIST BRINGS MAKES OfttGAIT APOSTOLIC BACK TABERNACLE a decapitated body A SPANISH journalist side that could not be identihas brought back the tabernacle from the chapel of the Dominican nuns of the Most Holy Rosary in Stanleyville, the Congo, most of whom were slain by the rebels in November.

Miguel de la Cuadra Salcedo gave the tabernacle to the nuns' motherhouse here. He said that when he arrived at the Stanleyville convent he found four bodies in the central patio, one of them completely multilated. The tabernacle lay along-

fied. The newsman also brought to Spain missals, c lothing, books and other personal effects of the nuns. Asked about the fate of 23 Spanish nuns in the Congo from whom no news has been received, Cuadra said he had heard a nun liberated from Paulis say that a rebel colonel had given orders that beginning on December 7 no more whites should be killed. Thus there is hope, he said, that these Sisters may be alive and may havp been taken to an unknown place.
