The eighth annual celebration of University Sunday was observed in St.Mary's Cathedral on last Sunday. At 8.45 a.m. the procession moved from the Archbishop's Palace to the Murray. street entrance of the Cathedral. The procession presented a colourful spectacle, headed by the Chancellor of the University t Sir Walter James), the Warden of Convocation (Dr. H. L. Fowler), the President of the Newman Society (Mr. E. Le B. Henderson), and some two hundred graduates and undergraduates of the University in academic robes. The representatives of the University Senate and Professorial staff included: The Chancellor, Sir Walter James, K.C., and Lady James; Vice-Chancellor, Professor Whitfeldt and Mrs. Whitfeldt; the Warden of Convocation, Dr. Fowler, M.A.; Dean of Faculty of Arts, Mr. F.
