RICH STICHEL - HEAD COACH
Coach Richard Stichel brings over 20 years of coaching and teaching experience to Archbishop Curley A graduate of McDaniel College with both a B.S. and M.S. in Physical Education and Exercise Science, he has led programs at New Town, John Carroll, Loyola Blakefield, and Calvert Hall. Coach Stichel’s career highlights include a 2012 MIAA-B Championship appearance and also 2014 MIAA-B championship appearance with Curley, three Centennial Conference titles (1997–1999), and being named Baltimore Ravens Coach of the Week twice Known for developing strong studentathletes and leading competitive programs, he will continue to elevate Curley’s football tradition with passion, discipline, and excellence.

The Friar “C” Club was organized in February 1971 to sponsor programs and activities in order to aid the school in improving the athletic facilities. The Friar “C” Club also sponsors award receptions for each season.
Membership in the club is open to parents of the students, alumni, and friends of Curley. The Friar “C” Club meets periodically during the school year; dates of these meetings are indicated on the school calendar. All parents, alumni and friends of Curley are encouraged to become active members and/or to support the many activities and affairs sponsored by the club.
