Arcadia Contemporary is proud to present “Psychomachia”, a solo exhibition by Denis Sarazhin, on view from December 12, 2024, to January 5, 2025. This marks Sarazhin’s third solo exhibition with Arcadia and will feature 17 new oil paintings that delve into the complexities of inner conflict, moral choice, and the duality of human nature.
“Psychomachia”, meaning “battle of the soul,” explores the eternal struggles between virtue and vice, light and shadow, and the myriad forces that define our identities. Sarazhin’s latest works combine the human figure with abstract forms and symbolic elements, creating orchestrated compositions that invite viewers to engage in a layered narrative of introspection and discovery.
