I am Arben Fisnik, a visionary architect and transformative business coach from Tirana, Albania. After earning my architecture degree from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, I spent my early career shaping Albania’s urban landscape, believing that innovative spaces can catalyze community growth. This principle naturally evolved into my second passion: coaching. Recognizing that strong businesses, like strong buildings, require a solid foundation, I now dedicate myself to empowering Albanian entrepreneurs and startups. My unique methodology, "Architectural Coaching," helps clients construct robust business plans, design scalable operational frameworks, and build resilient corporate cultures. As a frequent speaker at Balkan innovation forums, I am known for my mantra: "First design your purpose, then build your success." I continue to live and work in Tirana, drawing inspiration from the city's dynamic contrast of old and new to fuel my dual mission of designing both visionary spaces and visionary leaders.
