KI'BOKPERFUMERY(INTERIORDESIGN)
Class project focused on interior design The intervention was carried out in a commercial space located in Artz Pedregal, MexicoCity.

Theprojectconsistedofredesigningacommercial space located inside Artz Pedregal, with a free theme I chose to create a Mexican perfumery, carefully integrating elements that would reflect itsculturalidentity
The main feature and signature element of Ki’bok was a custom-designed terracotta block lattice, inspired by the logo itself, consistently reinforcing thebrand’sidentity.
SKYLINEVILLAGE
Skyline Village has been one of the greatest challenges in my academic journey, and among all my mixed-use projects, it is my favorite This multifunctional complex includes a shopping center, residential tower, museum, supermarket, office building, and a parking structure with capacity for over 700 cars Strategically located along Periférico, near the Tlatilco Museum, the project aims to integrate various urban functions intoasinglesite, fosteringinteractionandvibrancy inthearea
The graphic representation of Skyline Village was demanding, requiring meticulous attention to detail and an advanced command of design tools Designing a project of this scale presented many challenges from optimizing pedestrian flow to harmoniously integrating multiple programs and spaces Nonetheless, the effort invested at every stage led to a balanced and highly functional result.
I am proud of what I achieved with Skyline Village, as it reflects my ability to tackle complexity and my commitment to delivering innovative and efficientarchitecturalsolutions
CASAMAÀN
Casa Maàn was an architectural recycling project locatedintheJuárezneighborhoodofMexicoCity The site previously housed a frontón court and a parking lot Transforming it into a multifunctional complex was both an enjoyable experience and a significantchallenge
The new design of Casa Maàn features a boutique hotel at the main entrance and a wine shop (enoteca), separated by a gourmet market that serves as a central gathering point At the rear of the complex, there is a café with direct street accessandasetofcorporateoffices.
One of the most demanding aspects of the project was maintaining and respecting the original structure, preserving the main façades and existing walls Despite the difficulties, achieving a successful rehabilitation was a major accomplishment Casa Ma’ān not only preserves the historic charm of the building but also revitalizes it with new uses that enrich the communityandtheurbanenvironment
HOUSEONTHE BEACH
House on the Beach was one of my most challengingandrewardingprojects, developedfor a competition in Miami with a focus on renewable materials This housing complex was designed using CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) and conceivedwiththefutureriseofsealevelsinmind, duetoglobalwarming
Theprojectconsistsofthreebuildingswithvarious amenities, arranged on separate islands. The buildings' volumetry mimics the shape of a seashell, which not only enhances natural ventilation but also contributes to a lightweight and efficient structure. The island-based layout allows for future expansion, enabling the formationofnewcoloniesasneeded
The design of House on the Beach addresses current needs for sustainability and climate adaptation, while also offering an innovative and flexiblesolutionforcoastalurbandevelopment.
This project reflects my commitment to creating livable spaces that respect and integrate with the naturalenvironment.
ĀLĀNTLI
ĀlāntliwasateamprojectinwhichIwasincharge of post-production. Our main goal was to address water collection issues in Mexico City by taking advantage of runoff around Xochimilco and installing water treatment plants at strategic points.
Wealsoproposedthecreationofnationalparksto ensure the proper use of green spaces, promoting both local culture and the economy. An additional component of the project included housing complexes for local farmers, providing a sustainable living solution close to their workplaces.
This project required extensive research and strong teamwork, resulting in a proposal that is environmentally friendly and focused on responsible urban development Ālāntli not only aims to improve water management in the city but also encourages urban growth that supports bothnatureandthecommunity
CASALITUS
Casa Litus was developed in a detailing class and designed within a 6x6x6 meter cube. This project has a personal focus, reflecting my preferred architectural style and allowing me to fully enjoy thecreativeprocess.
Located by the beach, the house features strategically placed windows to ensure effective cross ventilation. The design also plays with natural light, creating dynamic interior atmospheres as daylight shifts throughout the day
Casa Litus is an exploration of how a compact design can be both functional and visually appealing, integrating elements of sustainability andcomfort.

THESIS AV.ÁVILA CAMACHO153
My thesis project is a Net Zero building, designed as an environmental prosthesis an architecture thatnotonlyminimizesitsecologicalfootprintbut also actively contributes to environmental balance andhumanwell-being
The design integrates comprehensive sustainability strategies, including a double-skin façade system for thermal and light regulation, water treatment plants for internal reuse, and solarpanelsforcleanenergygeneration.
It is a fully independent degree project, where I appliedmytechnicalskills, criticalperspective, and commitment to creating architecture that is responsible,resilient,andhuman-centered
