ayha Horizons Towers centers around the creation of a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly boulevard that weaves between the project’s three towers. This open-air spine acts as the heart of the development, promoting walkability, social interaction, and commercial activity. By activating the space between buildings with retail frontage, landscaping, and shaded seating areas, the boulevard not only enhances the urban experience but also significantly increases the Gross Leasable Area (GLA), maximizing commercial returns. At the heart of the development lies a Main Villa, designed to serve as the private residence for the owner or as a luxurious guest house for primary visitors. Surrounding it are four carefully crafted rental units, each providing a unique and intimate experience while maintaining visual and spatial harmony with the environment.

The overall design philosophy emphasizes sustainability, simplicity, and a seamless relationship between built space and the natural surroundings—offering guests a peaceful escape rooted in comfort, community, and nature.

The concept behind this resort is to create a harmonious retreat that reconnects people with nature while nurturing a sense of comfort, community, and simplicity.
