Bicycle Parking Rules
Bicycle racks are reserved strictly for residents
Non-bicycle items stored in the racks will be removed
Report damaged racks or safety issues to
7-day warning before removal for abondoned bikes
Community not liable for damage, theft, or loss
Bikes unused for 60 days are abandoned
Residents will be held responsible for any damage to racks or surrounding property caused by misuse.
Residents are encouraged to place a discreet name/unit label on their bicycle to assist with identification if needed.
