Bloom Roadside serves up treats made from scratch The doughnuts at Bloom Roadside in Milton are designed to have you driving in circles – back to the shop at 15260 Hopewell Road. Besides its wide variety of round confections, the shop also features coffee, teas, sandwiches and burgers. Milton defers vote on rural event facility By SARAH COYNE sarah@appenmedia.com MILTON, Ga. — In light of local opposition, the Milton City Council deferred a request May 5 for a use permit a local church is seeking for a rural event facility.

Ebenezer Methodist Church is requesting to use its new 23,000-squarefoot activity center at 12900 Arnold Mill Road for events, but first needs a use permit allowing third-party gatherings of up to 300. The building sits on 6.61 acres.
