Saints + Council breaks ground at Perimeter Mall By HANNAH YAHNE hannah@appenmedia.com DUNWOODY, Ga. — Saints + Council, an upscale, modern American restaurant, is bringing its crafted cocktails and seasonal menu to Dunwoody with its first freestanding location. The restaurant will open at Perimeter Mall, 4514 Ashford Dunwoody Parkway, next spring. Around 50 people gathered for the groundbreaking July 30, including
representatives from Discover Dunwoody, the Perimeter Community Improvement District, the mayor and city council members. Guests enjoyed a selection of drinks, including the restaurant’s signature gin-based cocktail, the “Garden of Eden.” Spanning approximately 7,800 square feet, Saints + Council at Perimeter Mall will feature a midcentury exterior design highlighted by a slate roof and modern timber elements. The other party to blame, Stuckey said, is DeKalb County Police, the agency that authorized the chase under a new policy announced in 2025.

William Pitts, founder and CEO of the restaurant’s parent company Spur Hospitality, said it was an easy decision to invest in Dunwoody.
