multi-use space across from City Hall. The 7-acre site will offer more than 140 apartments within walking distance to 75,000-square-feet of retail, dining and office space. “This is a result of multiple administrations and countless

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Alpharetta residents opened direct dialogue with city officials April 28 to discuss projects to be funded through the countywide transportation sales tax up for voter renewal in November. The city has until May 31 to submit its list of proposed transportation projects to Fulton County. This would be the third iteration of the five-year transportation

tax, or TSPLOST III. Alpharetta officials anticipate $71.6 million in revenues from the 0.75 percent sales tax through 2031. Alpharetta City Councilwoman Katie Reeves led the meeting at City Hall with Public Works Director Pete Sewczwicz. They presented the latest version of tiered potential projects and responded to questions. “I’d like to communicate better,” Reeves said.
