Year in Review

I’m grateful for this organization and to get to be a part of something that I didn’t have growing up. I strive to be the person my younger artistic self would have looked up too. I do my job for my community, families, and students I work with everyday.

WINTER WINTER

SUMMER SUMMER

This summer the Appalachian Arts Alliance hosted 8 intern ranging from 16-18.The interns used their artistic abilities to leadSummerCamps, events, and compete theirSummer Project pictured to the left. (A Mural honoring Liberty HighSchool)

SPRING SPRING

A old tradtion brought back to our community but with a little ArtStation twist. May 2025 was our first production of ‘Harmony in Hazard’ a community production of broadway musical hits.

FALL FALL

In the fall, we launched our first class for our latest program ‘heART of Recovery.’ This program is designed to bring different art classes to recovery centers.

Community

The community is essential to the success of our organization. Without it, our growth would be hindered. As our community supports us, we in turn, contribute to their well-being through our community programs.

“I'm thankful for this job for the connections & opportunities it's allowed me to have since I started as an intern in the summer of 2025. Every day allows me to grow closer with my community and help make arts accessible in the Appalachia Region.”
