All persons who are present in the residence halls will observe quiet hours between the hours of 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., Sunday - Thursday, and midnight to noon, Friday and Saturday. At all times, residents need to be considerate of others' needs and respect the rights of others by being aware of the noise level on the hall.
At no time should there be an excessive amount of noise that will disrupt others. As an informal rule, noise that can be heard beyond two doors down from your room is likely excessive and potentially bothering other residents in the building. Residence Halls and floors may expand these hours (i.e., longer quiet hour periods)
Please be respectful of other guests and programs sharing the residence halls.
Beds may be lowered, but will not be raised. Beds should never be adjusted by guests.

Our Facilities Teams work 7a.m. - 4p.m. MondayFriday, and are on call for emergencies. Thresholds for emergency maintenance and housekeeping are at the discretion of the Conference Director.
While we may not be able to repair facilities issues after hours and on weekends, we make our best efforts to accommodate your stay. If you encounter a facility issue, notify a staff member immediately so that we can assist you.
Common non-emergency issues: Toilet not flushing, dripping faucet, air conditioner will not go below 70 degrees
