Rolling out the welcome mat
The Government is relaxing immigration settings as it looks to rollout ‘the welcome mat’ to investors. Prime Minister Christopher Luxon yesterday detailed changes to the Active Investor Plus (AIP) visa category, creating two ‘simplified’ investment categories that will replace its ‘complex weighting system’.
