Locati’s 2025-2026 Season Review Regional Auction House Is Near New Hope, Pa. Locati, LLC wrapped up its 2025-2026 auction season in June, holding 10 sales of fine and decorative arts and one dedicated jewelry sale. The sales averaged 413 lots, with a sell-through rate of 95 percent, and averaged 267 successful bidders across five online platforms, as well as in-person and absentee bids. Consignments across multiple collecting categories were sourced locally but also further afield, including Boston; New York City; and Princeton, N.J. In January, Locati featured the Americana collection of Bill and Nancy Haase, of Zionsville, Pa., which comprised painted country furniture and accessories. The group comprised 112 lots and totaled $103,788 (including buyer’s premium) against an estimate of $42,160 to $63,040. Among the top lots was a robin’s egg blue-painted Pennsylvania dry sink, selling for $5,280. Despite a snowstorm, the collection drew spirited bidding from collectors in the room. Metals were at an all-time high this year, and both silver and gold performed well. Locati handled several large consignments of silver,
