SHOW TIME 2024 Two years in the planning and finally the 2024 Canadian Mechanical and Plumbing Exposition (CMPX) arrives once again in downtown Toronto, running from Wednesday, March 20th through Friday, March 22nd. For the first time, CMPX will be located in the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, a healthy walk across the Skybridge from its former location in the North Building. Upon reaching the main floor of the South Building, attendees will descend three sets of escalators to reach the trade show floor. Already the largest expo for the mechanical and plumbing trades in Canada, this year’s CMPX promises to be even bigger and bolder. There will be over 500 brands exhibiting on the show floor, but the real change is in the increased number of learning opportunities. This year’s education component includes over 60 sessions presented in multiple locations: the Learning Forum Theatre accessible on the exhibit floor; technical sessions in room 709; business sessions in room 711; three-hour workshops in room 703 (including a session by John Siegenthaler on Thursday, 9 a.m. to Noon), and more.
