Since HOME opened in early 2021, Atlanta has experienced the most residential real estate appreciation in its history. It was an auspicious time to found a real estate company, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have been a part of that wild ride! In our inaugural and sophomore years, HOME agents produced more per agent than our multi-agent competitors, outproducing our closest competition by over $10 Million per agent. The end of last year saw a rise in interest rates and a slowdown in the market but a return to the solid real estate environment we have
come to expect in Atlanta. While some were concerned about a dip in the market comparable to 2008 and 2009, the seasoned agents at HOME recognized that low inventory, continued demand, and homeowners with real equity in their homes point to a solid 2023, reinforced when the National Association of Realtors named Atlanta its top projected market for 2023.
