The people of Karama are in constant interaction with each other, these interactions led to growing communities which futher enhanced the constant communication within the site district.
These developments aim to improve and advance the livelihood of both the active and passive users.
The designs major aim was to create spaces for conversations, while keeping in mind the sensitivity of the people.

Urban Redesign Proposal
Karama 2040 represents a body of student design projects developed over the past three years.
Developed as part of the Student Re-inventing Cities International competition held in 2021.
All of these community facilities are currently non-existing in the neighbourhood and therefore respond to the goal as per the Dubai 2040 Master plan.
