Grayton Beach has been here longer than anything else on this coast. It was settled in the 1890s and it still shows — narrow sand streets, live oaks leaning over the pavement, and a village center where nothing feels manufactured.
Grayton Landing sits inside all of it: a private, gated enclave of just six homes on Garfield Street, tucked along the north shore of Western Lake, one of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes. There's a lakefront pool, a dock with six slips and two covered boat lifts, and a walk to the Gulf that takes about five minutes.
