One of only five members on the Denver Broncos Thunderstorm Skydive Team, Kenyon Salo is seen each week flying into Broncos Stadium at 60+mph, ending with a soft tip-toe landing on the ten yard line. With over 6,000 skydives under his belt and travels that have taken him all around the world, he’s determined to live life to the fullest and help others do the same.

Through his passions for adventure, storytelling, and connecting with people, he found a simple process to guide others on a path to what most of us crave – living a more fulfilled life. In this session, you’ll receive actionable steps that will help you, both personally and professionally, to achieve anything you desire.

LAUREN HINES, BOOM COFFEE

Lauren Hines is the owner of Boom Coffee, Anchorage’s original 24 hour coffee hut. After graduating from Dimond High School in 2015, Lauren began managing Boom Coffee and, within just three months, took the bold step of purchasing the business.

Through creativity, determination, and a hands-on approach to leadership, Lauren has grown Boom Coffee into a thriving and recognizable brand while continuing to pursue new opportunities for expansion. Under her leadership, Boom was honored as a Top Local Workplace by Homebase, reflecting her commitment to building a strong and supportive team culture.

Lauren believes entrepreneurship is about creating opportunities, building meaningful connections, and bringing people together. She leads a team of 37 employees and operates Boom Coffee 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making it a true staple in the Anchorage community. From launching Boom’s custom mobile app to introducing dynamic, trend-inspired menu items, she continually keeps Boom Coffee engaging, new customers and loyal regulars.

Her community commitment extends far beyond the business. Lauren actively sponsors athletic teams yearround, coaches high school flag football, participates in citywide clean-up efforts, and supports her employees’ personal interests and growth. She cultivates an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Lauren frequently collaborates with other local Anchorage businesses through partnerships, giveaways, and joint promotions, strengthening the local economy and fostering lasting relationships across the business community.

Her guiding philosophy, “Keep Boomin’,” reflects her belief in continuing to grow, staying bold, and always moving forward.

CAROLYN NICOLE DAUSSIN, THE LAW

OFFICE OF NICOLE DAUSSIN, INC.

Originally from Apex, North Carolina, Carolyn Nicole Daussin (“Nicole”) arrived in Palmer, Alaska, in the Summer of 2019 and has been living in Alaska ever since. She is an attorney, a preschool soccer mom, and an entrepreneur. In 2022, she founded The Law Office of Nicole Daussin, Inc., originally a solo operation but now home to eight employees, four of whom are attorneys. Nicole studied English at Wellesley College and law at the University of North Carolina. Prior to pursuing law, Nicole worked in the gig economy and then as an English teacher in Vietnam. In her free time, Nicole enjoys drawing, reading, and traveling. Nicole volunteers enthusiastically with the Anchorage Covenant House as a mentor, and with the Matanuska Valley Sportsmen’s Shooting Range as a gun law educator. She is the 2026 GPSolo Young Lawyers Fellow of the Year, and the Anchorage Young Lawyer’s Section Secretary for the 2026 term.

NATALIE NORRIS, RED EYE RIDES

Natalie Norris is the founder and owner of Red Eye Rides, a year-round transportation company serving the Kenai Peninsula, established in April 2022. Since its inception, she has successfully built the business from the ground up, driving steady and substantial growth over the past four years. Under her leadership, Red Eye Rides has expanded its operations through the addition of new vehicles and the development of new routes, enhancing accessibility and reliability for the communities it serves. Norris is committed to delivering dependable transportation solutions while continuing to grow and evolve the company to meet regional needs.

ALEXA DONAHE, VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, PURSUIT

Alexa Donahe leads a team of nearly 700 team members that power a diverse portfolio of travel and hospitality businesses across the state of Alaska. Known for her people-first leadership style, Alexa has built a reputation for developing highperforming teams, driving strategic growth, and elevating guest experiences in some of Alaska’s most iconic destinations.

A passionate advocate for the next generation of leaders, Alexa prioritizes leadership development by creating opportunities for emerging professionals to grow through mentorship, training programs, and industry engagement. She is also an active voice in Alaska’s hospitality community, serving on the boards of Visit Anchorage and the statewide Alaska Travel Industry Association where she volunteers her time to strategic initiatives that strengthen Alaska’s visitor economy. She supports and inspires other young professionals as a guest speaker at women’s and student events for organizations like University of Alaska Anchorage and CHARR.

Deeply committed to community impact, she also launched a company-wide volunteer and donation matching program that drove over 800 hundred volunteer hours and $10,000 in matching donations in it’s first year. Outside of her professional role, Alexa is a dedicated Iditarod volunteer, supporting race logistics and dog teams in one of Alaska’s most incredible community powered events.

Through her leadership, community involvement, and commitment to developing others, Alexa represents the next generation of business leaders shaping Alaska’s future.

ASHLEY FREGLY, VICE CHAIR, BOARD OF TRUSTEES, PACIFIC NORTHERN ACADEMY; FOUNDER & PRESIDENT, U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY ASSOCIATION OF GRADUATES, ALASKA CHAPTER

Ashley Fregly is an Anchorage-based leader, U.S. Air Force veteran, and dedicated community volunteer whose work is quietly reshaping the future of independent education in Alaska.

As Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pacific Northern Academy, she has built and led a high-performing advancement team focused on development, community engagement, and long-term institutional sustainability, helping ensure that a quality, mission-driven independent education remains accessible to Anchorage families. She also gives back to the next generation of military officers through her work with the U.S. Air Force Academy, as the Association of Graduates Alaska Chapter President, and Class Advisory Senator, supporting the pipeline of future service members from Alaska.

Beyond education, Ashley brings her leadership to the community in diverse and hands-on ways: coaching youth basketball, and volunteering with Alaska Fish & Game’s Hunters Education program, where she helps instill a lifelong ethic of safe and responsible outdoor stewardship.

A results-driven executive with 15+ years of experience in operations and program management, Ashley leads with both strategic vision and genuine follow-through. Her contributions reflect a deep commitment to Alaska’s communities and to building the people and institutions that will serve them for generations to come.

JAMIE LYTTON, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, NEUROVERSION

Jamie Lytton, DMSc, PA-C, is a doctoral-level physician associate (PA) specializing in pain management at Neuroversion in Anchorage, Alaska. With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, and pain management, she has become a leader in her field. As the President of the PA Academy in Alaska, Jamie is committed to strengthening the PA profession across the state, bridging communities, and enhancing education for future healthcare professionals.

Jamie has led initiatives to expand access to opioid use disorder treatment, including partnering with Project Hope to create 1,200 Narcan kits, contributing to lives saved statewide. She is also a strong advocate for PA modernization and improving healthcare access in rural and underserved Alaskan communities. Through her work with the Serve Alaska Board and Commission she has supported countless Alaskans by providing academic and afterschool program resources, as well as offering free health screenings to hundreds of low-income and uninsured Alaskans through her volunteer work with the Remote Area Medical Clinic.

A passionate educator, Jamie mentors PA students at MEDEX, helping over 100 students pass their board exams. She is also a dedicated breast cancer advocate, raising awareness through media campaigns that reached thousands of Alaskans and contributing to the screening of many women through her work as Mrs. Alaska America and her partnership with Imaging Associates.

Jamie is a published author, speaker, and Air Force veteran. She has held the position of Membership Chair for the Anchorage Chamber YPG, contributing to the YPG Summit Conference in 2023 and speaking at the conference in 2025.
