TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Pre-booking is required for all activities.
• Timings will be subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are in UAE Dirham and include all applicable service charges, local fees and taxes.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all children younger than two years are free of charge.
• Children between the ages of 2 and 11 years old are charged as per the child rates.
• Guests 12 years and above will be charged as per the adult rates.

• Activities are subject to availability, weather conditions and may be cancelled or changed at short notice.
• Activity duration starts from hotel pick-up until hotel drop-off.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Morning activities should be cancelled before 7.30 pm the night before.
• Afternoon activities should be cancelled before 12.00 pm on the same day.
• In case of any no-shows or last-minute cancellations cancellation fees will be charged to your room.
• Any changes in number of participants should be advised according to the above cancellation policy.
