The Marbella common area renovation is just beginning, and we’re interviewing potential designers. The project is moving forward as funds are already set aside in the reserves. Robert Dieckmann will be the project manager; with his experience and objective disposition, he will do an excellent job.

The elevator project date is anticipated in mid-October, and the much-needed fire alarm replacement has begun. We’re still in hurricane season. Be sure you have a plan and your supplies on hand.
