Greetings Residents, According to the National Weather Service, June begins the Atlantic hurricane season and continues through November 30. As you know, most hurricanes tend to come later in the season when the Gulf water temperatures increase. Remembering Ian in September 2022, everyone should have their own personal plan in place. Amy Howard from the Collier County Bureau of Emergency Services will be here for our Hurricane Preparedness Seminar on Tuesday, July 9 at 10:00 AM. in the Barcelona Room. Jim Jansen with ServiceMaster by Wright will answer your questions about priority emergency clean-up, inside-apartment remediation, and The Marbella common areas. So far, we estimate occupancy to be 78% this summer. I welcome you to stop by and see the executive office and say hi. Have a safe and healthy summer!
