Dear Residents, We are pleased to welcome the new Assistant Manager, Robert Dieckmann! Robert has extensive experience in hospitality and the condominium industry. His past roles have included real estate agent, property appraiser, and project manager for high-end residential and commercial properties. In 2017, Robert, his wife and their two children moved from his hometown of Miami to the Naples area. Since then, he has worked with multiple local condominiums in various capacities, including the neighboring site Mystique, as a project manager. Robert is an adept problem-solver excited to join The Marbella Management Team. I am looking forward to getting to know Rob, learning his strengths, and determining his share of responsibilities moving forward. He will be a welcome new contributor to the team in goal setting and meeting the various challenges that come with the day-to-day and long-term operations of The Marbella. Rob's first day with us is Monday, July 15th. We encourage you to meet him in the executive office. Rob's calming yet professional demeanor is sure to make a positive impression.
