Hello Marbella! It was the best of times; it was the worst of times—a tale of two towers. With that, I’m trying to keep it light. Many happenings are going on around us. We have had several losses since the last newsletter but also gained new residents, friends, and employees. There are ongoing renovations and several projects in the works. People are moving in, and outside vendors are doing work. We, as staff, are trying our best to make these activities as smooth a process as possible for all. Living and working in a vertical community can be challenging at times. The Pelican Bay sidewalk project in front of The Marbella should end in the next few weeks. We welcome new Committee and Board Members as we embark on the future successes of The Marbella and the lives we touch.
