Marlene Gamboa Rondon Named Employee Of The Quarter This quarter, we are proud to recognize Marlene Gamboa Rondon as our Team Spotlight of the Quarter honoree. Marlene has been a valued Home Health Aide at The Cove for the past four years, consistently demonstrating dedication, compassion, and teamwork. Marlene is known for her strong work ethic and positive attitude. She works well with the nursing staff and fellow aides, and her co-workers enjoy working alongside her. Always smiling—and often singing—Marlene brings warmth and encouragement to residents, who truly enjoy her care and uplifting spirit. Her reliability sets her apart. Marlene rarely calls off, arrives on time, and is always willing to step in when
help is needed, even at the last minute. She willingly takes on extra tasks without complaint and has faithfully worked through every hurricane, assisting with evacuations and helping residents settle safely into reciprocal facilities. Marlene also plays an important role in welcoming new employees, offering friendly guidance that helps them feel comfortable and supported. Marlene’s dedication and positive spirit make a meaningful difference every day. Congratulations, Marlene, and thank you for all that you do for The Cove community!
