Page 1

On The Boulevard J As we move toward the summer season at The Marbella, there is a great deal of activity underway across several important projects and initiatives intended to protect, maintain, and enhance our community for years to come. At the time this article was drafted, the membership vote regarding the proposed firstfloor lobby renovation had not yet occurred. Should the project be approved, residents can expect frequent and detailed communication regarding next steps, construction timelines, anticipated impacts to common areas, and any temporary operational changes. This will include advance notice regarding noisy demolition work, adjustments to food and beverage service, access modifications, and any other service interruptions necessary to complete the work safely and efficiently. Our goal will be to keep residents informed well in advance so everyone may plan accordingly throughout each phase of the project.
