Get To Know Your Managing Director: Ethan Loschiavo At the helm of The Marbella at Pelican Bay, Ethan Loschiavo brings nearly two decades of experience in hospitality, community management, and leadership to one of the area’s most prestigious residential communities. Ethan has proven himself a dedicated and effective leader with a background deeply rooted in both the practical and academic aspects of his field. But what truly sets him apart is his personal story, work ethic, and commitment to his community. Ethan’s career began in 2006, when he was appointed General Manager of a local Master Association. In this role, he oversaw multiple condominium and homeowner associations and managed 84 acres of club property. This hands-on experience marked the beginning of his journey in community management, a path that would eventually lead him to The Marbella. Ethan’s commitment to professional development is evident through his education and ongoing growth in the field. He attended the University of Kentucky, where he took collegiate courses in business management before graduating, equipping him with the tools to navigate the complexities of leadership. Additionally, Ethan earned multiple designations through the Community Association Institute’s Professional Management Development Program, further solidifying his credentials as a top-tier community leader.
Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, Ethan’s values were shaped by a large, close-knit family. As the tenth of eleven children, he learned the virtues of hard work, thriftiness, flexibility, and compromise early on. These qualities have stayed with him throughout his career. They are reflected in how he leads The Marbella—with dedication, fairness, and a constant focus on teamwork. Ethan’s wife, Jenny, and their four children (two still living at home) are a major part of his life outside work. As a family, they enjoy attending their children’s sporting events, relaxing at the beach, and making time to unwind with pickleball matches. When they’re not out and about, you’ll likely find the Loschiavos in their backyard oasis, spending quality time with neighbors, family, and friends. Ethan Loschiavo is more than just the Managing Director of The Marbella at Pelican Bay; he is a dedicated husband, father, and leader who values hard work, service, and community. With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, he continues to drive success and foster a strong sense of belonging among the residents he serves.
