July At The Marbella: Celebrating America, Preparing Together, And Looking Ahead As we welcome the month of July, we find ourselves approaching a truly historic milestone for our nation. This year marks the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, a remarkable occasion that reminds us of the enduring values of freedom, resilience, and unity that have shaped our country since 1776. The Fourth of July has always been a time to celebrate patriotism, family, and community, but this anniversary carries even greater significance as our nation begins commemorating two-and-a-half centuries of American history. It is an opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices made by those who came before us and to appreciate the freedoms and opportunities we continue to enjoy today. In recognition of this special occasion, we hope you will join us on Tuesday, July 1st, for our Flag Dedication Ceremony, to be held in front of the building. This meaningful gathering will provide us an opportunity to come together as a community, honor our nation, and celebrate the pride we share in calling America home. We encourage all residents to attend as we dedicate our flag and begin the month with a spirit of patriotism and unity.

While summer often brings a quieter pace for some, it remains an active and productive time here at The Marbella. Our team continues to focus on numerous summer maintenance and preventative projects throughout the property to ensure the building remains in excellent condition. These behind-thescenes efforts are essential to maintaining the high standards of living our residents expect and deserve. As we move deeper into the summer months, we also remain mindful of hurricane season. Please know that management and staff continue to prepare diligently and, to the best extent possible, we are ready to respond should severe weather threaten our area. Systems, procedures, and preparedness plans continue to be reviewed so we can react quickly and effectively if necessary. That said, preparedness is a shared responsibility. We encourage every resident to ask themselves an important question: Are you prepared? If you have not already done so, please stop by the Front Office to obtain a copy of The Marbella’s Hurricane Preparedness Plan. It is important that all residents understand building procedures and have a personal evacuation plan in place should a major

storm approach Southwest Florida. Advance planning provides peace of mind and helps ensure everyone’s safety. We also want to provide a brief update regarding the lobby renovation project. We are pleased to report that work continues to progress nicely, and we are excited by the positive momentum we are seeing. We understand that projects of this nature create anticipation, occasional inconvenience, and many questions, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Please know that we will continue to provide communication updates as milestones are reached and additional information becomes available. On behalf of the Board and Management Team, thank you for being part of our wonderful Marbella community. We wish everyone a safe, healthy, and meaningful Independence Day and hope to see many of you at our Flag Dedication Ceremony on July 1st. Happy Fourth of July! Sincerely,

Ethan D. Loschiavo
