Introducing Our New Dining Room Manager: Casey Cook It is my pleasure to announce that The Marbella has appointed Casey Cook as our new Dining Room Manager. Casey joins us with a distinguished record of leadership in hospitality, private club operations, and high-volume food and beverage management. Her background, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence make her a natural fit for our community, and we are delighted to welcome her to The Marbella team. Casey brings more than two decades of progressively senior management experience across premier clubs, luxury communities, and well-known dining establishments. Most recently, she served as Restaurant Manager for a local steakhouse here in Naples, where she co-managed a $4 million food and beverage operation and supervised more than 70 employees. Her responsibilities included hiring, onboarding, and developing front-of-house teams; overseeing operational standards; and ensuring consistent service delivery in a very high-volume environment. Her hands-on leadership style and her ability to build motivated, well-aligned service teams will directly support our continued focus on quality dining experiences at The Marbella. Prior to that role, Casey served as Food and Beverage Director at Bear’s Paw Country Club

and as Clubhouse Manager at Bay Colony Golf Club, two respected Naples institutions known for excellence in member dining and social programming. In these positions, she led all dining room operations, managed multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets, and oversaw execution of special events, holiday celebrations, and banquet services. She also collaborated closely with social and house committees, as well as the Lifestyle Coordinator, and developed full seasonal social calendars and dining menus in partnership with culinary teams. Many of the systems she implemented—such as improved onboarding processes, financial controls, and enhanced event communications—remain in place today. Casey’s experience extends beyond Southwest Florida. Early in her career, she spent eight years at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, one of the nation’s premier private clubs. As Director of Private Dining and Special Events, she managed a dual-facility club with 17 event spaces and a $4.5 million budget. She orchestrated corporate, social, and private events of all sizes, including largescale galas and weddings, and worked closely with organizations such as Coca-Cola, KPMG, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Her work earned her the Sam Hatch Award in 2008 for exceptional
